Aerial photography and drone video work well to help sell and promote certain kinds of properties. Apartments with great views and large outdoor balconies make sense. Large houses with land around it will works. Building lots in cities as well can work as imagery from above can help show the lot in context to its surrounding area. Also a drone flying above a building lot can show what the view from the twentieth floor will be when there isn’t a building yet built.
